Poste et missions : Rattaché au Responsable du service gestion immobilière, vous êtes garant du maintien du taux d'occupation d'un portefeuille de bureaux par des actions de relocation et de négociation avec les locataires en place.
Le poste est à pourvoir immédiatement.
Profil : bac+3/4, formation juridique ou école de commerce, expérience professionnelle 5 ans minimum en société d'investissement, chez un commercialisateur ou encore un promoteur.
Bonne connaissance de ce type d'actifs, forte capacité à négocier, autonomie, initiative, goût pour le travail d'équipe |
