Our Client has undergone a radical change of it’s Investment Marketing department and is now looking for an outstanding Investment Marketing Director with a solid background in financial services and hands on experience of the life and pensions market.
Key responsibilities shall include:
•Development and management of the end to end propositions; where a proposition is the product strategy, overarching fund strategy, service, customer communications and distribution support
•Accountable for obtaining maximum value from incremental business on the existing book
•To drive forward the overarching investment strategy ensuring consistency of voice across all investment wrappers (Life, Collective and Pensions) as well as driving development and delivery of all investment funds for all investment wrappers
•To drive fit for purpose product, pricing and commission strategy for investment products, guarantees, including all structured products, and investment funds for all investment wrappers (Life and Pensions and collective investments)
•Extensive knowledge and practical experience of managing the full the Marketing Mix and end to end proposition development.
Extensive Marketing experience within the Financial Services industry is required and should include experience of Regulatory framework, Competitors, Key Distributors and Consumer trends and attitudes. Relationship management skills and experience leading a large team of professionals are also key to this role.
