An Associate Director - Change Lead is required by a Wealth Manager to be responsible for the delivery of projects and programmes for Wealth Operations.

Main responsibilities of the role:

• Programme Management; proactively lead and manage the overall programme of change, underpinned with appropriate project lifecycle controls and structures
• Project Management; provide overall direction for the project team, co-ordinate work, allocate tasks, monitor process, ensure awareness of responsibilities and secure commitment to successful project delivery. Also, provide specialist guidance to the project team, particularly in project definition, requirements analysis, business and technical design and change control activities
• Financial Management; responsible for the project/programme business case from creation to implementation
• Strategy; leadership role in definition and maintenance of strategic change agenda for Wealth Management Operations. Analysis of target operating model options, derivation of delivery plans and attainment of buy-in from Wealth Management executives.
• Business Vision; interact with business management (up to MD level) to understand their needs and influence their choice of solution.
