| Engagement Directors lead Business effiScience engagements for our clients, boardmembers or key decision makers of large, international corporations in the Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Manufacturing and Healthcare sectors.
We are recruiting Engagement Directors with the following primary responsibilities:
• Define, understand and explain clients’ best practices
• Take into account clients’ constraints: adapt algorithmic results and « translate » them into operational strategic action plan.
• Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Anticipating and addressing client concerns and escalating problems as they arise.
• Developing an understanding of client's business and becoming a "functional expert" in the areas of concentration.
• Ensuring that all Business effiScience deliverables are prepared with an eye on quality, thoroughness and accuracy.

Position requirements:
• Experience in business and practice development.
• MBA or other advanced business degree
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management.
