CENTRE DE SOINS DE SUITE (SSR - moyen séjour) composé de 40 salariés et d'une capacité de 55 lits, recrute CADRE DE SANTE H/F.
Poste
Directement rattaché au directeur du Centre, vos missions :
-
Encadrement une équipe de 20 soignants,
-
Travail en collaboration avec les médecins de l'établissement et la direction,
-
Coordination des soins, organisation des planning,
-
Evaluation des salariés,
-
Suivi de la démarche qualité , suivi des indicateurs d'activité (PMSI , GMP...),
-
Mise en place du plan de formation, participation aux instances (CLIN , CRUPS,CME , Comité de Pilotage...)
Profil
Vous êtes diplômé de cadre hospitalier ou avez occupé la fonction de surveillant ou infirmier ou cadre de santé
avec une expérience impérative en encadrement d'équipe de soins idéalement en clinique chiruugicale.
