VistaPrint, a high-growth, technology-driven e-commerce company, is looking for a Director Product Marketing focusing on the Ebusiness product line (web sites, email marketing).  As the leader of this product marketing team, you will be engaged in bringing products from conceptualization to market, and evolving existing product lines.  If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic, and constantly changing environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this exciting position you will manage a small team for the development, optimization and expansion of VistaPrint's Ebusiness Services Product Line. You will own the revenue target for this product line and will not only perform directed analysis of this product, but also proactively identifying areas of opportunity, defining and implementing test plans, and making recommendations to drive the consumer product strategy.

As manager of this team you set directions and motivate them to come up with innovative new products while improving existing ones. We are going head on with some strong competitors and you need to drive this team to excellence.

The successful candidate will be committed to building a comprehensive suite of products that will position VistaPrint as the clear leader in the market of customized products for consumers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required; preferred majors: Economics, Marketing, Business
• 8-10 years relevant work experience, strong preference for experience in an ecommerce environment.
• Preference for experience with electronical/web products like hosting, email marketing, web site building etc
• Excellent analytical skills - ability to build excel models to aid in business decision-making
• Ability to derive actionable business insights from quantitative analysis
• Structured, logical thinking even when working in a fast-paced environment under tight timeframes
• Creative problem-solver
• Strong communication skills - both oral and written
• Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion
• Excellent people manager that can build and motivate his team and bring them to new heights.
